Characteristics
• AEV-11은, 금속이나 반도체의 단원자층 박막의 제작을 목적으로 설계되었습니다.
• Rod 형태의 재료를 전자빔으로 가열하여 고순도의 증발이 가능합니다.
• 도달온도는 Fe,Co,Ni,Ta,W등의 재료를 증발 시키는데 충분한 온도입니다.
• 옵션으로 도가니를 준비하고 있기 때문에, Rod 형태 이외의 재료도 증착이 가능합니다.
• 내장 플럭스 모니터 기본 장착
  이온게이지와 같은 원리로 증발한 분자의 일부가 필라멘트의 열분자에 의해 이온화 되어,
  그때의 이온전류를 측정하는 것에 의해서 증착 속도를 모니터하는것이 가능합니다.
• AEV-1P-300 전용 컨트롤러와 조합하면 플럭스의 수치 설정에 의해 증착 Rate의
  일정 제어가 가능하고, 표준장착된 빔 가변기구에 의해 증착 영역의 조정을 진공을 깨지
  않고 가능합니다.
• Rod 형태의 재료가 증착중에 감소해도 시료이동기구에 의해 초고진공을 깨는 일 없이
  최적의 증착 위치의 설정이 가능합니다.
• 재료의 교환은 본체를 진공장치에서 분리하지 않고 시료이동기구 하부의 φ34ICF 플랜지에
  의해 간단하게 교환이 가능해 유지보수성이 우수합니다.

AEV-1P-300  Power Supply



Characteristics
• AEV-1P-300은 AEV-11, AEV-3 Evaporator 전용으로 설계된 컨트롤러입니다.
• AEV-11, AEV-3과 조합해서 사용하면 메뉴얼 조작에 의한 컨트롤은 물론 플럭스 모니터를
 사용한 Rate controller에 의해 자동제어도 가능합니다.
• Controll range는 7 range로 구성되어 Rate controller이 폭넓게 대응하는것이 가능하고,
  플럭스 모니터의 EXT출력을 모니터함으로써 증착 조건의 기록이 가능합니다.
• Gun 본체에 있는 온도모니터를 이용한 안전회로를 설치하여 안심하고 사용할 수 있습니다.
