i-GONIO시리즈

i-Gonio 물리학 실험에 사용되는 광전자분광장치(光電子分光装置)의 Sample  stage(샘플 스테이지) 사용되고 있으며광전자분광(光電子分光중에서도 물질의 밴드구조를 직접 측정하는 방법인 
각도분해광전자분광(角度分解光電子分光) 측정 목적에 특히 사용되고 있습니다.

일본 R-DEC사의 i-gonio 초고진공상태에서 초저온으로 냉각시킨  샘플의 각도를 움직이면서 
실험하는것이 가능한 度分解型光電子分光에 최적인 극저온시료 냉각스테이지 입니다.

R-DEC, in collaboration with AIST (National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology), has developed a new UHV Compatible High-Precision Goniohead with 6-axis stage and sample cooling function for simultaneous pursuit of sample cooling at cryogenic temperature (below 10K) & 6-axis manipulation (XYZ, flip, and in-plane rotation) of the sample under UHV conditions.
